For the servicedesk in Amersfoort, Fairbanks is looking for Linux Engineers who provide support services for customers. For this function a couple of things are important: You have solid Linux experience, the desire to work together in a dynamic team and to further develop yourself with different open source projects (for example: Containers, Kubernetes, Ansible, OpenStack, SaltStack, Docker).
In the team you will be trained to deliver support services which includes the following activities:
– Performing daily health checks.
– Follow up calls and questions from customers.
– Implement configuration changes.
– Problem analysis.
– Patch management.
– Security management.
– Efficiency improvement service.
Fairbanks designs, builds and manages innovative Open Infrastructure and OpenStack cloud environments. Our team consists of experienced engineers with diverse personal and professional backgrounds.
